1. PERI Prophecy Database

  DeTar: Ying pointed us to the web site.  I sent comments.and
     suggestions.  The database reports need some improvement to make
     them useful to us.
**Ying: I'll send the URL to the committee.

2. SciDAC PI meeting in Boston June 24 - 28
   ------------------------------

  Brower: If you are interested in attending, please register.
    There are some satellite worshops being organized by Negele.
    We need two software-oriented posters.
      Traditional software structure
      Performance or workflow
    I'll be back in touch with my arm twister.

3.  Spring Agenda Items

   Multicore:
   ------------------------------

   Pochinski: We need to distinguish "multicore" and "multithread".
      Don't we really mean multithread?

   Fowler: I'd like to be on the multicore subcommittee. My interest
     is in developing performance tools.  There is a SciDAC multicore
     center at Rice and Argonne.  At the Boston SciDAC meeting we
     might try to do a multicore workshop.  

   Brower: Another possibility is to do it as a satellite workshop.

   NDA IBM BG/P
     Mike, James, and I had an NDA session on the BG/P so James can
     be thinking about porting QMP.

   Mawhinney:
     We should also have someone from RBC on the IBM NDA committee.  
     Probably Chulwoo.

   Brower: I'd like to have Chulwoo, Andrew, and Balint.

   INT Lattice Summer School August
   ------------------------------

   Brower: It would be good to do some tutorials at the school
     to coordinate with the classes.

   CRE
   ------------------------------

   Stratos: We are proposing change our objectives from a CRE to a
     common documentation environment.  Don has set up a prototype web
     site.  We are moving along.  There are some common environment
     variables.
   Brower: Is there a document listing the plan?
   Stratos: Balint made minutes of our meeting, which contain some
      of this.
** DeTar: I'll send it around.  The committee needs to check whether
      we have left out something important.

   Workflow
   ------------------------------

   Holmgren: Jim can give a brief update.

   RHMC on the QCDOC
   ------------------------------

   DeTar: Chulwoo now has a working version of the Asqtad multiforce and
     multiinverter.  The next step is for us to see if it works for us.

   Propagator file formats
   ------------------------------

   DeTar: The subcommittee has a proposal which needs input from RBC.
   Mawhinney: Our preference for file formats depends on coordinating 
     with UKQCD.  We will have another conference call with them next Wed
     and then we can react to the subcommittee proposal.  We can
     then discuss it in the full committee next week.
** DeTar: Then I'll send around what the subcommittee has so far.
